Roohi Lamba

My quest of seeking something higher, more than the everyday mundane has brought me to Yoga. Having undergone an intensive 21week/1750+ hours teachers training program at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu, India) under the grace and guidance of a living master - Sadhguru, I feel privileged to offer the powerful tools of Yoga so others may benefit from it just as I have. These methods and practices are rooted in the purest form of Classical Yoga and work on all levels of the human system - mind, body, emotions and energy.

Swathi Moorthy

My journey with yoga started in the year 2012 with Sadhguru, an enlightened master, in Bangalore, India. The introductory program offered by Isha Foundation changed my perception about yoga. Until then, I was not someone who wanted to do any kind of yoga. But the practice I was initiated into, brought about very fundamental changes within me which would not be possible otherwise.
