The Sri Lankan cookery demonstration begins with a morning tour to the local market with one of the senior staff representatives from the "Aditya Kitchen". Only the freshest fish and vegetables are selected for cooking back at the resort which focuses mainly on the preparation of a typical Sri Lankan meal consisting of popular Sri Lankan dishes.

Our chef has created a comprehensive programme to introduce to the participants the art of exotic Sri Lankan cookery. Demonstrated to the participants is the art of preparing a typical Sri Lankan Lunch menu consisting of Fish, Shrimps, Lentils, 02 vegetable curries, Sambol & Rice.

Programme – (9.30AM to 1.30 PM)
Guided tour to the local fish market to select fresh seafood.Familiarization session of ingredients, spices, condiments & other materials used in Sri Lankan cooking. Preparation of Fish curry and Shrimp curry. Preparation of Rice, Lentil Curry, 02 Vegetable Curries and Sambol and then served to the table to enjoy a Typical Sri Lankan Lunch.
